* All rates are subject to Massachusetts 11.7% Room Tax. Rates are based on double occupancy,
  if more than two add $10 per person per night.
* Three night minimum stay required. If the three night minimum is not met, there is an added charge of $15 per night.
  (Note: not all rooms can accommodate more than 2 people.)
* Rooms with a king sized bed are $10 additional per night.

General Information

  • Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is prior to 11:00 a.m.
  • 50% deposit is required with all reservations
  • Rooms are made ready for your arrival with clean sheets, towels, dishes and some cookware.
  • Housekeeping is not provided daily, fresh towels & sheets on request.
  • Upon arrival, you may check in at R43 Rocky Neck Avenue.

Cancellation Policy

We will make every effort to rent your accommodations and will retain only the portion of your deposit which represents an actual loss to us, plus a $35.00 bookkeeping fee. This policy is necessary because a limited number of accommodations are available.
